From Jun 22 to Jul 1, Ningxiang’s continuous heavy rain cause the flood. Jul 2, many enterprises voluntary organize the volunteer assistance the severely afflicted area in Ningxiang. Jul 4, Hunan Huacheng Biotech, Inc. also set up volunteer organization which led by manager went to rescue. Food and water were send to Beitang and Huitang.
